SPORTING GUN CLUB

Welcome to the Folkestone and Dover Sporting Gun Club.

The Club offers clay pigeon shooting, rifle range shooting and crop protection for local farms.

CLAY PIGEON (SUNDAY) SHOOTS

Every Sunday, we host a 50-bird sporting clay shoot in small groups, with shooting starting for all promptly at 09:00. Located at Singledge Lane, Whitfield, Dover. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive by 08:45 to book in and complete your payment.

SUPER SATURDAYS

During the summer months, on occasional Saturdays we also organise special clay pigeon events, like super sporting and 100-bird shoots. Details of these events will be shared on our Facebook page.

HAVE-A-GO TASTER SESSIONS

From time-to-time novice clay pigeon taster session are available. For an individual these are held on the last Sunday morning of each month or for groups on a Saturday morning, subject to availability and weather permitting.

RIFLE SHOOTING

As a range member, other than annual membership fee their is no additional fee to use the grounds facilities. You will be able to shoot for up to 7 days a week apart from when other Club events are in progress which is mostly Sunday mornings.

Facilities include a three position seated firing point shelter together with 25m, 50m and 100m backstops for use with airguns and .22lr, for zeroing and practice.

CROP PROTECTION

The Club offers free crop protection for farms, in Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, New Romney and Canterbury areas.

For members the Club has two WHATSAPP groups, clay and range & crop protection, members are ENCOURAGE to join one or both groups..
