CLAY PIGEON Shoots (SUNDAY)
Every Sunday, the Club hosts a 50-bird sporting clay shoot in small groups, with shooting starting for all promptly at 09:00 shooting for both members and non-members. Located at Dover, Whitfield shooting ground, to ensure a smooth experience please arrive by 08:45 to book in and complete your payment. SUPER Saturdays
During the summer months, on occasional Saturdays we also organise special clay pigeon events, like super sporting and 100-bird shoots. Details of these events will be shared on our Facebook page. If you are interested in joining us for these events please contact us.


Have-A-Go Taster Sessions
From time-to-time novice clay pigeon taster session are available. For an individual these are held on the last Sunday morning of each month or for groups on a Saturday morning, subject to availability and weather permitting. This is a great introduction to clay pigeon shooting with field captains able to answer your questions. If you are interested in this please contact us for availability.


Special/Corporate Events
The club can coordinate corporate and special events on request. These events are fully insured and can accommodate up to 30 people. If you would like some more information on arranging an event, please contact us.


FAQ: What is English Sporting?
Targets are designed to mimic different types of game, including ‘rising teal’ and ‘high driven pheasants,’ as well as a unique rolling target known as a ‘rabbit’. Each stand includes a shooting cage with bars to ensure safety during shooting.
